- Dagger skill remove trap also unlocks the emerald mecanism for the secret door

- Oki, this should solve the eternal problems of ghost instances, without mobs, doors closed etc. That check was anyway useless core handles the fact that a instanceId can't be duplicated.

- Added secret doors support for Crystal Cavern handler offlike with onEnterZone/onExitZone. Trap appearance is not offlike, don't know how to handle its appearance if the player uses a skill in a defined zone. Will maybe be done core side if I don't find another solution. Defuse trap working
